Orlando decides to FIRE Rex Ryan for his idiocy by yapping with medias. Rex keeps on stirring up clubhouse problems with his cockiness. Intimidating to his players is the most pet peeve from Orlando organization. Flipping his bird twice in public is totally unacceptable behavior. We take no tolerance policy with players and coaches.
