Good Morning-

want to say I apologize for not update Spreadsheet... alot of things going on at home including Bode in hospital for a week for appendix surgery... so Alot of juggling time. 

There were few errors, I already contacted individuals to give 24 hour to correct since it was my fault not update timely manner.
