Rood moves:

Since bid increments only allows 10k per bids.


New: Commissioner will monitor any bid increments to prevent abuse bid increments or stalling. (excessive last min bid, any other bids minimum).

Can’t remove due to financial.
Can see repetitious if 10k back n forth.
