Original Motion:
50k on final day of bidding to prevent 10k last min bids

Amendament 1 by RZ (Applies to every bids)
990k and under can 10k minimum
1-2m: 25k minimum
2+m: 50k Minimum


Amendament 2 by Russ Stein: (Applies to every bid)
2m- 10k increments
1-2m: 25k increments
990k and under 50k increments

Bid expires 3/5


To be clear:

If you have cap tight: you need to communicate with commissioner and you can bid 10k increments if you need cuz of cap situation.
