I am thinking about setting up an incentive plan for this league...
We will have NFL picks weekly.
Each of us will choose winners of each matchups and we will keep record of it.
AND
NFL elimination... each of us will choose a team that will win that week, and we cant choose the same team for this season. I m sure everybody knows this kind of game...
Incentive?
Option 1- Winner will get 1st rounder and 2nd place will get 2nd rounder of next year draft.
Option 2- winner will get 500k extra in salary for ONE YEAR and 2nd place will get 250k in salary for ONE YEAR.
Any suggestions?
