Title: Chatter on RFA/UFA bid pages

Hi -

Please don't post idle chatter on RFA/UFA bid pages. I know I'm not the commissioner but I'm helping out knowing Rood is a very busy man.

He has stated in the past to keep UFA/RFA posts only on the bids itself. If you want to trash talk etc like my Ellington bid for example, post them here.
