Change deadline date for RFA signees.

CLEAR: Just vote on that we will move RFA deadline to 2 weeks after Rookie draft. (discussion on specifics will be voted after this)

Clarification:

if you MUST sign your own RFA by 2 weeks after draft date determined. If you don't sign your own RFA, it automatic becomes UFA.

or

you can sign your own RFA starting 2 weeks after draft date?

I am flexible. It's more important to me to get the date moved back. What do you think guys?  Im okay w either choice

What part was not clear?  

I just want the rfa date moved back- that is more important.

I am flexible to either scenario. We can wait and see if it passes-
If it passes then we can do another vote for

A) rfa becomes ufa

B) still rfa till 2 wks before kickoff and become ufa same time that unsigned draft players become ufas.

SO this motion is just to MOVE the RFA date period. Nothing after that. We will vote on when and what after this motion.
