Increase from 24m to 26m (2m increase).

Because of FT/TT cost need to increase.

Don't want it becomes OUT of control with increasing... 6 years running and make this challenging league with our GM mind. If we keep on increasing and it gets out hands easily.

Other league runs same format as this and their is 24m with FT/TT costing 10m or so... @zuchegno (http://www.deffl.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=6) can vouch this.

I would prefer to remain 24m to make this league challenging and fun.
