Owners- we have unsigned rookies.
They're available to bid in UFA and will function the same as UFA's guarantee money.
Original owners who want him back will have to start his bid minimum what he was worth when he was drafted or otherwise the bid exceed the minimum. Owner will not get him at cheaper.
