First of all,

              I hate seeing owners leaving this great league but it happens so we move on. As for next owner, I would like this league to select Palmer because he is on waiting list for a while. Im trying to be fair to this league and hope you guys respect Palmer because he's been waiting to join in this league for a while. Just my 2 cents.
