Rush appeals based on commissioner's decision on free agent bidding (Decker, Allen).

Branton and I have come to an agreement that Rush didn't make the bid within the announced 24 hours bidding extension. Therefore, Rush loses both of its bid (Allen/Decker).
We felt that sleeping period doesn't apply to the 24 hours period.
