Title: Frederick/Vermont trade

Frederick agrees to ship Jerrick McKinnon, RB, SF,  Seattle Def/ST, and agrees to switch first round spots in 2018(Frederick gets Vermont’s #6, Vermont gets Frederick’s #10) to Vermont for Jacksonville Def/ST,
Chris Godwin, WR, TB, and a conditional 1/2 round pick in 2019 Draft pending on McKinnon getting 1K total yards rushing and receiving in the 2018 NFL season. If McKinnon exceeds 1000 yards, Frederick will receive Vermont’s First round pick in 2019. Failure to exceed 1K yards will result in Vermont shipping its’ 2nd rd pick instead.
