scroll down and you ll see what round you have, lost etc...
Be sure when you trade in future include which draft pick.. your own or the one you acquired ex.

Orlando trade 2013 3rd rounder (Detroit's) for Miami's Adrian Peterson.
I am not giving up MY own 3rd rounder.. I am giving up the Detroit's 3rd rounder. That would help me to track easier.
