Las Vegas objected this bid as per this rule:

5. Each bid must include the annual salary figure and the length in years of the contract.

6. If a bid does not have both the salary figure and the length of the contract, it is automatically invalid. (Must follow proper bidding expectations) (Therefore that owner can't bid on same player)
