Three owners approached to me-

I would like to let you vote...

They would like to reduce the 7 days waiting time for match for FT/TT and RFA/UFA...

the 7 day bidding window will remain the same but owners to match the deal for both UFA/RFA reduce 7 days to 72 hours (3 days).. some owners abuse 7 day...

Since I have never received FULL vote from you guys-

I will leave this poll until Sunday 1159pm. Majority will win.

Vote has reached-

I saw this morning when I woke up at 8am It was 5-4 (infavor of 72 hours) then when I arrived at work tied 5-5. I checked with one owner, he said he voted 5 minutes ago. Invalid vote which ballot closes last night 1159.

So we will honor 72 hours for matching. no more 7 days. I am going to update the guideline.
