Chubba Hubbard was RFA matched this year... cannot be traded till after week 4.

I disagree with the veto- the veto only applies if Jam did bid on Chubba but he never did- so we should have our right to trade.   The new proposal only applies to those who bid and trade away.  This didnt applies at all..
