Irondequoit Zebras was denied to acquire TE Dwayne Allen because of $$$$.

I believe that I did double checked to make sure that I am under the CAP.. Guess I overlooked something.  So I add back wilson.  Then cut S. Hill, and then add Allen.  ok??
