Title: Motion 1- Remove XI D.19

Flint Cubs wants to remove this from our guideline:

19.  Bidding can be withdrawn only if it is the first bid and within 7 days.

a.) Withdrawals of outbids are not permitted.

b) A team that made a withdrawal bid on the players will not be permitted to bid on the same player again.

c)A team that made a withdrawal bid on owning players will automatic lose matching rights.

Abuse will occur if XI D.19 is removed. My beloved 4 cents!

Majority has VOTED....

will remove that rule.

Once you place a BID..you gotta stick with it.
