Miami proposes:

Allow one amnesty waive of any of your players once every 4 years.

If you want to use your amnesty followin terms will apply:
3 years left in contract- 1st rounder will be lost
2 years left in contract- 2nd rounder will be lost
1 year left in contract- 3rd rounder will be lost

That also applied to Detroit, bet he couldn't wait to get out of $5.2M "franchise" Vick who got benched for almost half of season while his other 2 QB are more useful now, ha

Nah... Detroit have HUGE hardon for VICK.. even Irondequoit and Orlando offers couple of time for VICK.. all Detroit says NO!!!

It is weird that Russ made that motion and hasn't vote yet??? Chicken out because none of them support his proposal???
