Title: Proposal (TE added to RB/WR position)

Here it goes...

I propose that we can start two TEs by adding TE to RB/WR as into RB/WR/TE.

Why? Because there are plenty of TEs out there and what's more, TEs are usually used as WR nowadays for mismatch purposes.

Vote: Aye or Nay.

Vote next year, since already proposed by Vermont. The motion was dead so propose again next year
