Rookie contracts???

Should we change the deadline for rookie's contract???

Because: Some of us might want to sign some rookies if theyre not signed by owner who drafted them.  

We could change to specific time deadline for rookie to be signed, unsigned rookies can be considered UFA (original owner cannot bid on same player that they drafted).

Any thoughts???

Me not sure exact what should we sign those rookies ? Um um can u try using Vogt explain us clear if u can or not

Yes.

Set a deadline for rookie contract. If no rookie is signed by that date, others can bid on any remaining rookies during UFA period.
