Sound good, BUT could have proposed this motion while commish ask us to propose some motions. And we are already in middle of signing. I proposed this to be dropped til next year.

Draft will not happen until June 2nd or 3rd week... We can still have time.

Owners can try to propose and see if gets majority or not.
