Title: Should I announce my signing for rookies?

I dont know where to post to announce my rookies being signed with lots of media showing up and focusing on possible one of elite WR in NFL, Titus Young and future 49ers star, QB Colin Kapernick. Right now, Titus is answering reporters' ?s, and Colin will be next to answer their ?s.
