Hotlanta Falcons get Steve Jackson, RB - ATL $3 million 1 year and tag him RFA

Dallas Longhorns get Zac Stacy, RB - StL $880,000 4 years and
conditional pick based on Steve Jackson get over 425 points in 2013 season then will get Hotlanta Falcons' 1st round pick 2014. If under 425 points then 2nd round picks.

No, if over 425, just 1st round but if under 425 then just one as 2nd pick...

what if it goes to 425.... it needs to be over 425 and under 424 :) guess you need to take Math 080 again..
