How about a deposit fee? Deposit stays untouched til any owner founds a new owner then former owner get deposit back and new owner pays deposit fee. Maybe owners can pay monthly fee to catch up for deposit fee. I think deposit should be at 50% whatever the league fee is. In NFL real life owners, they just cant walk away on their teams, just sell their team. Just a suggestion.

Sounds good Jimmy... we already have rule in our guideline... problem is that team did not win any prize.. so who cares quit... without helping.

I think prinzler make sense here... but again stewart is right..  we didnt have problem..  I think maybe we should wait on that motion until we have the situation.
