$$ One year ahead in payment. (Just use this as example. This year paid off and next year paid off by Feb 15, In Feb 15, 2015... 2016 will be paid off)

For this year- we will work out with system tweak in allowing some small payments to catch up if this motion passes.

I hate folks who do not pay on time. So, I vote to pay 1 year ahead!

Since this is a tie.

Donatich voted late.. (He did not subscribe new posts, showed him how to do it.)

This will come in effect but will not strictly enforced until we develop a fair plan to catch up. I will be posting sometime later in future on how to catch up on this plan.
