Title: must update on ESPN league

I would like to make a proposal that Owners are responsibility to update the rosters on ESPN league. If the players are UFA/RFA, then must release them by before the FFL bidding date.

I know that we already started bidding but would be nice to do it ASAP by March 20th then next year must before bidding day. It is more efficient for owners to look up for bidding also easier job for our commissioner, too...
