2023-4: Remove TE position and change WR position to WR/TE. ( for those teams who already have TE under contract, compensate draft picks shall start after 2.12 and before 3.1 (using 2.12's salary). Only top 15 TE based on 7 games played/avg shall be compensated. PASSED (7-3, 1 neutral, 1 absent)
