After careful consideration, we've decided to let Derek Carr retire from our roster — we wish him well in his new role as a couch quarterback.
It's tough to say goodbye, but DEFFL is a business — and Carr’s been demanding snacks in the locker room for weeks.

I disagree with the veto- the veto only applies if Jam did bid on Chubba but he never did- so we should have our right to trade.   The new proposal only applies to those who bid and trade away.  This didnt applies at all..
