Consequence?

I need some brainstorm here:

Since we now allow 8 weeks IR. Therefore there must be consequence for teams not activate the player from IR before weekend's 1st matchup.


Ideas???

-Forfiet matchup until activate the IR player.

I would go for 300K dead money PER week until that IR player is moved to roster. Theres another way to lose that IR player to FA hence this league is dynasty so it'll be more complicated so 300k dead money per week sounds good. If that owner finally move up IR to roster like 3 weeks later, it'll be 900k dead money.
