Waivers

Waivers shall begin after week 2.

Reason:

0-1 gets easy waiver pick. Just one bad loss gets waiver priority over one lucky win. 

After 2 weeks of matchups seems more balanced out.

UNLESS: Injury reason, Commissioner will be flexible (no back ups due to both/all players got INJURED only). To be clear that owner must have more than 2 players per position. (if he signed only one per position, exemption will not be honored)
