Cleveland League... (need your vote ASAP)

I would like to ask for your permission that I share our bylaws to other league. I know that all of us worked hard on ten years total of inputs and changed on bylaws. I know that not many people can join our league or even long time to get in from waiting list. I do not feel any competitive or threat if other league set up because we have the best owners :-)
