Orlando moves that we remove Irondequoit's motion as of last year and return to old rule of this DEFFL.
X. Trades Section E:With EXCEPTION- Team that acquires a player with 1 year remaining, can change from UFA to RFA but must follow this protocol:
1- Off season trades only
2- must announce immediately once post on the forum.
3- limit 2 per off season with 1 per position.
Reason: this kills the league, i see that happening so much in this league. Kills the purpose of looking forward for the players' contract to expire and compete. If this motion passed, will be effective next year.
