South Bend did not realize FT/TT tag ends last week. He thought Feb 28th. I explained to him... he planned to TT Stafford. I asked Russ Stein and Branton Stewart, both of them said sure no problem. So we will allow South Bend to do this and will not allow him anymore due to "newbie" error.
How it works?
The deadline remains the same, if bidding war on stafford, one extra day to settle the bid.. if not then it ll be silent bid.
