acccording to our guideline:
F. There are limits to the number of players picked up on waivers in any given week, but there is a limit to one waiver transaction per round. (i.e. In round 1, each team gets their turn to pick a player off waivers before the 1st team goes first again in round 2, and so on.) Each team will have maximum 3 claims of waivers each week.
After the waiver pickups, you are free to pick up anyone FA. (If that player is on waiver, it still counts against your waiver limit)
Rush already called me last night warning that he plan to put couple on waivers more than 3. Because not sure who will take what... end up nobody claims some of his adds. So I will honor first 3 add by Rush. The rest will be back free agent.
