18: Moiton 3: IR/Retire/Suspension

Rood motion:

New: Any players on IR/Retire/Suspension roster becomes activated, Must make any roster change within 24 hour to make room for that player return on your roster. Consequence: automatic lose 1st round pick and that player. (if no 1st round, lose the following year). That player will become FA and blind bid from 11 other owners only.

Old: no consequence.

i feel first round is too much. but eventually - when a player returned from IR, make sure that the owner is aware then start 24 hrs period. That shd not be any problem at all. Sometimes we didnt know that IR players returned. Elite players will make it on headline of ESPN but not for average players...

Agree with you @"Palmer" that commissioner will remind owner when immediately off IR.
