We need to develop consequence for IR move. Once a player moved to IR... when theyre activated by NFL. Owner must make any moves to make sure he comes back to your active roster within 24 hour.

Not activating players from IR after the first 24 hours, $5 per day penalty and 300k in dead money?
Just throwing it out there and see what other owners have to say....
