If we all agree- I will appoint a committee to discuss and develop a system for incentive.
Ex. DEFFL Fantasy MVP, DEFFL Owner of the year, DEFFL Most Improved Team, DEFFL Rookie Draft Guru, etc...
Incentive- Extra $ in salary for one year or extra pick in draft.. or...
