Should we add 1million to our salary for coach?

Reason:

Coach need salary? It would be fun to bid for coaches...

5 or 10 points for each win?

or

incentive such as 10 win season gets extra 3rd round... 12 wins gets 2nd round.... 14 wins get 1st round... perfect season gets 1m extra in salary?

Toooo much that add coach. Cause our limit 24 Million if u want add then vote for our raise 25 Million ??

Also. Some coach bid like 300,000 but our add one million mean advance for other players using instead coach

Me think figure out. Suggest limit bid for coach only up to 500 K for example bid between 300 K to 500 K cause only 5 or 10 points so low bid also other coach for bye so add other 500 K Owners can have two coach for add one million extra. What think ? Whatever coach fire team so mean allow owner get other coach only 300 K in one season ??
