I had to concur with Stewart's point of view. Once a owner made mistake, then he lose that bidding player. Do it again, still lose other player bidding, and so forth til. It will narrow his bidding on players til next year before bidding start, we can set up new rules. It's little unfair to set up new rule in middle of biddings. That's my 2 cents.

First of all, I would like to say that I am apologizing for my immature talk as threat to resign the league. It is just that I am strongly believe that bylaws are protect my rights. I am not talking about "cannot" bid the same player again but the penalty as put new rules for the past mistake. It is unconstitutional and violate my rights :-) All I am asking for being fair treatment... Thanks!
