new Division for next 2 years

I was at bowling league... Andy, RZ and Steven Whittingotn was there. so I grab to do this.

Division 1-
Houston, Vermont, Orlando, Phila, Miami, Flint

Divison 2-
Atlanta, Irondequoit, Washington, Frederick, Dallas, Detroit
