Increase League Fee

Two proposals regarding League Fee...

1) Increase $200 to $250 for 2016

2) Starting in 2017 and going forward, Increase $25 every season....

2017 $275
2018 $300
2019 $325
2020 $350
2021 $375
2022 $400
2023 $425
2024 $450
2025 $475
2026 $500

That would cause a problem finding new owners joining our league when it's at least $350...
