Motion 3- Guaranteed players w/out NFL contracts

Irondequoit motions:

Any players that has guaranteed contract with any owners that does not have any NFL team to play for (EX. Terrell Owens signed for 4 years but was cut by Buffalo Bills... remaining 4 years will be stuck with same DEFFL owner).

Allow to move to "unclaimed" without counting aganist cap. Once when that player signed a team, the team MUST activate that player which includes make sure budget is in within DEFFL's rule BEFORE that player's team's 1st game.

Failure to do that- will lose all 1st round (if not have, following year will be removed)

Orlando is aganist this motion.

Reason: That can open can of worms for many owners to go crazy on some unsure players then not have to worry cuz can put in unclaimed.

I contacted two other franchise football league (BSFFL and SCFFL) which runs the same system.. the commissioner is aganist that too.

I want to make this league very competitive and challenging. Be wise with your money....
